Full-time International Development Coordinator
 
Internationally renowned Batsheva Dance Company is looking for a qualified development/marketing professional to join the International Development department. The position includes handling small gifts, providing executive support, research and strategic planning, hands-on donor cultivation, creating marketing materials, and managing administrative processes. The right candidate has a genuine love of the arts, enjoys building relationships, and does not shy away from more detail-oriented tasks.
 
This position works closely with the Director of International Development to execute the international fundraising goals of the organization—these include both an annual and capital campaign. The most successful candidate in this position will be masterful at communicating Batsheva Dance Company's impact via written word (newsletters, appeal letters, donor correspondence, brochures, website) as well as being highly efficient in updating our fundraising database, annual fundraising mailings, and assisting with special events, both in Israel and abroad.
 
Requirements:
- English – mother tongue
- Love of Israeli Arts & Culture
- An academic degree
- Exemplary English writing skills with strong marketing acumen
- Experience in development and/or marketing
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task/prioritize
- Creative and resourceful
 
Extra Points:
- Love of dance
- Spoken Hebrew
- Familiarity with Jewish Communities abroad
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM database
- Experience with Mail Chimp or an email marketing service
